We are interested in purchasing development sites in areas of high social need in Northern Ireland. The Northern Ireland Housing Executive (NIHE) has a section on its website to search the SHDP Commissioning Prospectus which you can access here. The Prospectus identifies and guides land owners/developers towards suitable locations in Northern Ireland where a need for social housing currently exists.
