Woven are due to commence works on a new £15million development of social and affordable homes in Strabane.
The scheme, on the site of the former Convent Grammar School on Curlyhill Road, will add a further 75 social and 3 affordable homes to the association’s already strong presence in the Strabane area.
This exciting project, which is being delivered in partnership with the Braidwater Group, will provide a mix of houses and apartments while retaining areas of mature landscape and woodland.
This new development, supported by Northern Ireland Housing Executive and Department for Communities will provide an enhancement of the existing neighbourhood and aims to address the growing demand for housing in the Strabane area.
